Saudi Arabia seeks air-defence support from allies including Pakistan and Egypt

·Associated Press
Associated Press reported that Saudi Arabia, facing pressure on its missile-defence stocks during the Houthi confrontation, had asked France, Britain, Pakistan and Egypt for air-defence support. No country had publicly committed military support at the time of reporting, making the outreach an important practical test of Saudi security partnerships and the Makkah pact environment.
