Nauman Mahmood appointed first Secretary-General of the Makkah Alliance
Pakistan appointed retired Lieutenant General Nauman Mahmood as the first Secretary-General under the Makkah Joint Defence Agreement. He will lead the General Secretariat of the Alliance being established in Riyadh, giving the new institution its first permanent senior administrative leadership.
