Saudi defence minister says collective deterrence measures have been activated
Saudi Defence Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman said the Alliance had activated collective deterrence measures in response to attacks on Saudi Arabia and the holy sites. Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said work on the Alliance’s institutional arrangements had reached its final stages, including the secretariat and military, operational and technical matters.
